We are the training arm of the Scottish Federation of Meat Traders Associations.
For the past twenty years, we have successfully delivered training to the retail and wholesale meat industry.

• In Scotland we offer Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs) in the Meat Industry and in Food and Drink.
• In Northern Ireland we offer National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in the Meat Industry and in Food and Drink.
